Please allow 3-5 days (in stock items) and 4-6 weeks (custom)  to get this magic out to you!  Once item has been shipped, BriteLiteDyed is no longer responsible for it. BriteLiteDyed does not offer returns on custom orders. BriteLiteDyed does not offer cancellations or refunds. BriteLiteDyed offers returns ONLY if tag is still attached and no signs of wear on item within 7 business days from delivery notification from USPS. I will issue you a credit code, once I received returned item, to use on any instock item. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund, return and exchange any item lost in the mail, we have no responsibility of item once it is shipped. We want our customers happy so if there are any problems, we will do the best we can to provide excellent custom service!  Thanks again! I hope you love your little piece of rainbow!

Shipping International

BriteLiteDyed offers international shipping to Canada, Germany and United Kingdom. Please inquire for other countries availability. BriteLiteDyed is NOT responsible for custom fees, that is the responsibility of the customer. BriteLiteDyed only offers USPS International Priority Mail for international orders.

Returns

BriteLiteDyed does not offer refunds, but does offer returns. If something doesn't work for you, you can ship it back to me and you will get store credit to choose something else. For ALL returns, I will take 10% from the original PAID price for restocking fees and pay additional shipping ( no shipping is returned ever). You have 14 days to return item and you will receive the store credit within 72 hours of delivery to me. To return you MUST be within these 14 days of purchase and MUST have original tags with no signs of wear. No cancellations AT ALL or refunds on custom orders.
